- Where is your
business based?
Our business is based in
Barcelona, Spain. We speak spanish as well as
fluent english. We ship our products to the
United States, Europe and many other parts of
the world; all hassle-free and without any extra
cost. No problem :)
- How do I shop?
To make shopping easy we use our own Secure Shopping Cart. Just browse and put
anything you like into the cart by clicking on 'Add to Cart'. If you would
like to see the contents of your cart at any time or checkout, just click on 'View
Cart'.
- How do I remove or change the quantities?
You can change the quantities of your order at any stage, right up until you
place your order. Just click on View Cart, and you will be taken to a new
screen listing the contents of your order.
If you would like to remove an item from your order, simply click “remove”. The shopping cart will update itself and remove
the item(s) from your order.

- How much is shipping and how long does it take to
arrive?
The shipping cost is US$ 9.90 to Europe, USA and the rest of the world, regardless of the purchase amount. All orders are shipped within 48 hours and delivery
may take between 5 – 10 days from date of dispatch depending on your location.
- Do you
offer a guarantee?
We guarantee that if your
purchase does not reach you in perfect condition or you are not fully
satisfied, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund of the
purchase price.
